Terms of service
Last updated 1 October 2026Frieda is operated by BIT s. r. o., Športová 506/19, 916 01 Stará Turá, Slovakia (Company ID 53044312, VAT ID SK2121236403), "we" in these terms. These terms govern your use of the Frieda website and platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
1. The service
Frieda provides AI agents that help recruiting teams create roles, publish job ads, source and screen candidates, schedule interviews and prepare offers. Agents prepare work. Your team stays responsible for every hiring decision.
2. Your account
- Keep your login details secure and tell us about any unauthorised access.
- You are responsible for the people you invite and the autonomy settings you choose for each agent.
- You must have the right to upload any candidate or client data you bring to Frieda.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Frieda to discriminate against candidates, send unsolicited bulk messages, break employment or data protection law, or try to access systems you are not authorised to use.
4. Fees
Fees are set out in your order form. Unless agreed otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically and are billed in advance.
5. Your data
You own your data. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Data Processing Agreement. You can export or delete it at any time.
6. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, except where the law does not allow this limit.
7. Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will give at least 30 days notice of material changes. Either party may end the agreement as set out in the order form.
